Annual Assessments
Homeowner assessments are billed annually and are due January 1 each year. Invoices are mailed 30 days prior to the January 1st due date, payable no later than 31 March.

Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, cashier’s check, Zelle, and cash.

Late Payments
Assessments received after March 31 incur a $50 late-payment fee. In addition, members will incur a non-Additional non-payment fee not to exceed 15% of the current annual lot assessment per month they are delinquent.
